You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days from receiving the goods, no questions asked. To do so, simply send us a clear statement via email at Molly@mollysupscaleresale.com We'll process your reimbursement within 30 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method, with no additional fees.

Return Conditions:

Goods were purchased in the last 30 days.

Goods are in the original packaging.

Please send returns to OUR BUSINESS ADDRESS which can be found at the bottom of our about page. You're responsible for return shipping costs and risks. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service to avoid issues. Refunds require proof of received return delivery.
